When we think about wine, mostly we didn't think about Japan. Italy,
Australia, Chile, New Zealand, France are countries famous of fine wine and
it's interesting wineries. But, Japan?
Yamanashi Prefecture is
located approximately 120 kilometers in the western part of Tokyo, and the
prefecture is the cradle of wine in Japan, and has now become one of the major
areas of Japan's best wine producer.
It all started in 1870, when
Hironori Yamada and Norihisa Takuma began making wine using Koshu and Crimson
Glory Vine grapes types. Long story short, the gardens and the wine-making
process are initiated by them to be great, and there are now more than 80
wineries in Yamanashi Prefecture.

oldest in Yamanashi, and not just the estate and wine tasting course, in Sadoya
Winery we can feel the "time travel" with locations around the wine
storage and processing area in the past, which is in the basement.

Ruang bawah tanah, lampu remang-remang membuat suasana time travel terasa seru.
The basement, the dim lights
make the time travel atmosphere feels exciting. At the end of the route we will
